We draw it first. Then we build it.

A small focused team in Mumbai building AI-native software for founders, CTOs, and Heads of Product who care about the details — and want a studio that will argue for them.

Is this studio for you?

We insist on working with founders who trust our role and our experience — and who want their own judgement sharpened along the way.

Likely a fit

What we look for.

  1. You are a founder, CTO, or Head of Product with a real budget and a real deadline.

  2. You're willing to be argued with. We're going to talk you out of half of it, and you're going to enjoy that conversation.

  3. You can describe what you want by sharing a screenshot or a sketch, not a forty-page brief.

  4. You would rather have a small team that gives a damn than a large team that clocks in.

  5. You are building a product, not a deliverable. You believe details — typography, empty states, the rude little error on the third screen — compound.

Write to us
Probably not

And that's fine.

  • You are shopping by the hour, or by the cheapest hourly.

  • You need a body shop of twenty contractors starting Monday.

  • You want a brochure website by Friday.

  • You want a vendor who'll execute the brief without pushback.

Engage

Three ways to work with us.

All fixed-fee, written down before we begin.

  1. Discovery sprint

    2 weeks

"We talk you out of half of it."

A senior engineer and a product designer sit with you for two weeks. We learn the business, sketch the system, propose what to cut. You leave with a written treatment whether or not you continue with us.

  2. Full build

    8 — 14 weeks

"One team, one product, one room."

No subcontractors, no offshore handoff, no project managers between you and us. The hands that draw the wireframe write the migration. Live software in your hand by week three; a working v1 by week ten; ready-to-launch by week fourteen.

  3. Stay-on retainer

    Ongoing

"We do not vanish on launch day."

For the first six months we stay on retainer. We answer incidents, harden the codebase, and pair with the engineer you hire to take it over from us. At the end you have a codebase a small team can maintain.

One opinion, plainly

AI earns its place,
or it doesn't ship.

We don't add a chat box because the demo looks good. We add intelligence where it removes friction the user actually has — a tutor that grades your code, a letter that summarises your month, an assistant that watches the work and not the worker. Everything else is theatre.

What we keep in the open.

A maintained Rails gem, with the receipts in the commit log. More on the bench — we'll list them as they ship.

rails_error_dashboard

Self-hosted error tracking for Rails. Zero recurring cost. Full data ownership.

A production-grade error dashboard you run inside your own app. Real-time capture with local-variable snapshots, breadcrumbs, N+1 and swallowed-exception detection, workflow management, multi-channel alerts. We built it because paying $29–99/mo per app to ship error data to a third party didn't add up.

Products

What we have made so far.

One in production. One on a waitlist. One in design. Our own products are the proof of how we work — not client logos we're not yet allowed to show.

ZeroCourse

Teach the hard parts of computer science by building them.

An AI-first coding education platform built on learning-science principles. Students don't watch videos — they ship code with Bodhi, an AI tutor that asks the next question. We built it because the existing tools taught syntax and stopped.

OfficeBestie

The opposite of a productivity dashboard.

A work assistant that watches the work — never the worker. Engineers see their own signals first; managers see team-level risk. No individual leaderboards by design. The plan is to surface stalls, risks, and one win per week, in plain language.

My Shopping Trends

A monthly letter from your own bank statement.

Most spending apps ask you to read pie charts. This one is being designed to quietly classify your purchases and write you a paragraph at the end of every month — what changed, what to watch, what to ignore. Data stays in your account. No ads, ever.

Write

Tell us what you are trying to build.

We read everything we receive, and reply within a working day.

An email is fine. Tell us:

  1. Your name & company.

  2. What you are stuck on — a sentence is plenty.

  3. When you would like to start.

  4. A screenshot or a sketch if you have one.
